Terms & Conditions for Chilled Delivery

• House of Ingredients will provide chilled and ambient delivery to our eCommerce Customers with minimum RM50.00 per customer order.
• The chilled delivery service will be available to our customers who reside in designated postcodes within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Penang and Johor Bahru only.
• All rates quoted are exclusive of taxes, duties and government charges imposed or levied in connection with the chilled delivery services.
• The chilled delivery charges will be paid by the customer together with the online payment of purchased items.
• Each customer order will be fulfilled within 2-3 working days after the online payment. Delays may be caused by public holidays, logistics incidents and other unforeseen scenarios.

Important: Please ensure there is someone at your delivery address during the delivery day to receive the parcels and inform the courier with clear instructions.
